What it Includes:
24/7 Support: Our Youth Residential Care Workers provide round-the-clock support and supervision to youth residing in residential care facilities. They ensure that youth feel safe, secure, and supported at all times.
Personalized Care: Our YRCWs develop individualized care plans for each youth, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and goals. They collaborate with youth, families, and other professionals to ensure that care plans are comprehensive and tailored to promote positive outcomes.
Life Skills Development: Our Youth Residential Care Workers support youth in developing essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal hygiene. They provide hands-on guidance and encouragement to help youth build confidence and independence.
