What it Includes:

Assistance with Daily Living Activities: Our DSWs support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, household chores, and shopping. They help clients develop skills and strategies to enhance their independence and autonomy in daily life.
Community Participation: Our Disability Support Workers facilitate opportunities for clients to engage in community activities, social events, and recreational pursuits. They support clients to access community resources, participate in group outings, and build social connections.
Emotional Support: Our DSWs provide emotional support and encouragement to clients, helping them navigate challenges and cope with stressors associated with their disability. They offer active listening, empathy, and validation to promote mental and emotional well-being.
