What it Includes:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Our Personal Care Assistants help clients with a range of activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance. They ensure that clients can perform these tasks safely and comfortably.
Medication Reminders: Our PCAs provide reminders to clients to take their medications as prescribed. While they do not administer medications, they assist clients in following their medication schedule and monitoring for any side effects or adverse reactions.
Meal Preparation and Feeding Assistance: Our Personal Care Assistants prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients’ dietary preferences and restrictions. They also offer feeding assistance to clients who require help with eating or drinking.
Light Housekeeping: Our PCAs assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas, doing laundry, and washing dishes. They ensure that clients’ living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
Companionship: Our Personal Care Assistants provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in conversation, playing games, or accompanying them on outings. They offer emotional support and companionship, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation.
