What it Includes:
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Our Patient Care Attendants assist clients with a range of activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. They help clients maintain their personal hygiene and dignity while promoting independence.
Mobility Assistance: Our PCAs provide assistance with transferring, positioning, and ambulation for clients who have mobility limitations or require assistance with movement. They ensure that clients can move safely and comfortably to prevent falls or injuries.
Monitoring Vital Signs: Our Patient Care Attendants monitor clients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate. They observe for any changes or abnormalities and report findings to healthcare professionals for further evaluation.
Assistance with Meals and Feeding: Our PCAs assist clients with meal preparation, serving meals, and feeding assistance as needed. They ensure that clients receive adequate nutrition and hydration according to their dietary preferences and restrictions.
